  • Open High School teacher is named 2017 Teacher of the Year

    Clary Carleton, an English teacher at Open High School, has been named Richmond Public Schools’ 2017 Teacher of the Year. Carleton and other Teacher of the Year nominees were recognized during a special award ceremony sponsored by Wells Fargo and held at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Richmond Nov. 10.

  • Boushall Middle School to Receive State-of-the-Art Technology Lab

    Thomas C. Boushall Middle School will celebrate the grand opening of its new Technology Lab on Thursday, November 3, 2016. Through a generous grant from Capital One, The Heart of America Foundation's READesign team will work with the Thomas C. Boushall Middle School staff and community to transform an area within the school into a state-of-the-art technology center, providing innovative tools for students.

  • Open Enrollment/Specialty School Application Process

    Richmond Public Schools’ Open Enrollment and Specialty School application process for the 2017-2018 year will begin Thursday, October 20. Applications will be accepted online using our new online application system, Registration Gateway. This new system will support a more streamlined process for managing applications and provide a more efficient notification system for parents.
