As established July 2017 and in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), and the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), Richmond Public Schools (RPS) has created an annual Memorandum of Understanding and contract process for all Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) Providers to serve approved students in schools. Included in this packet is an agreement that needs to be filled out and support documentation must be provided for approval.
To expedite the process, all TDT providers are encouraged to scan all documents back to email@example.com. We will be reviewing documents as we receive them and will notify each provider of their status.
If you have questions, please contact Culture, Climate and Student Services at 804-780-6070.
