    Computer Service Center To provide accurate and timely response to computer service calls.

    Scope of Responsibilities

    • Repair all appropriate components of computers in classrooms and administrative offices.
    • Setup and configure hardware and software.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and some network problems.

    Policies & Procedures

    • Internal Requests: RPS employees must submit a Service Desk Request via Numara.
