    We are committed to supporting the policies of the Richmond School Board and the stated goals of the Superintendent, providing efficient and timely services to schools and departments.

    We provide recycling services of surplus equipment and furniture to schools and departments at a saving to the division. Our surplus items are located at our 2395 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA. 23220.

    We strive to provide an efficient property and distribution systems.

    • Maintain a computerized system to track fixed assets.
    • Provide recycling services of surplus equipment and furniture.
    • Receive, Store, Deliver and provide customers with a variety of products that are required to come through Central Receiving and be Asset Tagged prior to end-user delivery.
    • Manage and make available items that are donated to us from surrounding private companies, state agencies, and other localities. Some items might require a low purchase price to help offset the freight incurred to bring donated items in to our location.
