When contacting the Service Desk, please:
- Have all required information available when contacting the Service Desk.
- In fairness to other users, technical staff members may not be placed on hold.
- Only calls that pertain to the individual caller’s computer system may be placed into the system during a call.
- One person can not call in multiple requests.
