Greene Attendance Policies
If your child is absent, please send a written note to the teacher when the child returns to school.
If you need to pick up your child early, please come to the main office to sign them out. Whenever possible, dental and medical appointments should be made for non-school days or before/after the regular school day (9:15am-3:45pm).
Let's make attendance a priority for our school. Good attendance helps your child get better grades, develop healthy life habits, develop good relationships with other, and increases graduation rates. "When kids are absent just an average of 2 days per month, even when the absences are excused, it can have a negative impact on their education." Campaign Partners, 2017.
