Sam's Club Ordering Procedure

  •                     Sam’s Club Purchases Reference Guide

    All purchases to Sam’s club must be keyed in the AS400 as an unapproved purchase order as well as entered on

    All Sam’s club orders must be entered on using the Districts Login which is the same for everyone.


    User Name:

    Password: purchasing1

    Once logged into Sam’s Club

    1. Click on your account
    2. Your List
    3. Click on Create a list


    Once the pop up screen appears please enter a name that will include your school or location and event

    (ex. Purchasing Staff Development, Binford PTA Meeting)


    Your List name will appear at the top:

    1. Click the (+ Add items to list)
    2. Begin searching for your items
    3. As the items appear, add them to your cart


    Please review your unapproved purchase orders and the items added to your cart to make sure the pricing matches.


    Once you have added everything you would like to your lis. Please contact Davonia Holland (Purchasing Officer) at or 804-780-6161 to complete your Sam’s Club check out process. You will need to tell her the name of list you created and which Sam’s locations you would like pick the items up from.


    Also please let Mrs. Holland know the name, phone number and email address of the person who will pick up the items from Sam’s Club. You will receive and email/text when the items are ready for pick up.

    Please note you will not be able to pick up your items until the next day from Sam’s Club.
