The RCHS Chapter of National Honor Society

  • The purpose of the National Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students at Richmond Community High School. Richmond Community High School students who have a cumulative grade point average of 4.0 or higher meet the scholarship requirement for membership. These students are then eligible for consideration on the basis of service, leadership, and character.
NHS members at RCHS plan and implement a series of service projects during the school year. These projects include events such as the following: food drives, fundraisers, spirit events, holiday events, leadership programs, awards events, induction ceremony and more.
