• Program Description/Goals: 


    Aspire, part of Richmond Alternative School, meets the needs of students who are overaged and undercredited in a blended learning atmosphere. Students also receive support with social emotional strategies. Students can accelerate learning by using Edgenuity in either credit-recovery or for initial credit


    Instructional Delivery

    Small class sizes (can serve up to 50 in each session); Blended learning using Edgenuity


    Characteristics of an ideal student: 

    • High school student who is overage and under-credited
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with teacher support
    • Students who have dropped out
