Department Overview

  • RPS believes that every employee should have a positive work experience and know their options to pursue assistance when they face challenges at work. The Department of Employee Relations and Organizational Effectiveness provides guidance and support for all RPS employees and supervisors. Some of the major functions that are managed within this department include ADA accommodations, conflict resolution, grievances, internal investigations, performance management, Title IX, and training.  This department also holds responsibility for civil rights compliance, ensuring equal opportunity in education and employment, and facilitating appeal hearings and due process for all employment matters.
