The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is committed to ensuring a safe and equitable environment and developing a high-quality workforce, recognizing that the highest possible standard for all school district employees is essential to ensuring attainment of high standards for students.
The Office of Employee Relations fosters positive relationships between the school system and employees. When an alleged violation cannot be resolved by the parties involved, an employee may contact the OER for direction on reaching resolve through the formal grievance process.
