Student Device Collection

  • All technology devices, including Chromebooks, hotspots, tablets, and laptops will be collected after the last day of school (June 17) with the exception of those attending summer school.

    • Chromebooks/chargers: Can be returned to any school site
    • Hotspots: Can be returned to any school site
    • Tablets: Can be returned to any school site
    • Student Laptops: Can be returned to any school site

    Summer School Students
    Students attending summer school will keep all assigned technology over the summer session. All students will return all devices after the summer school session is completed. Devices will be collected at the end of summer school. Technology Services staff will assist school-based staff in the collection of devices.

    Seniors should turn in all assigned devices on or after their last day, and before graduation. Seniors should be encouraged to turn in their devices to their school as soon as they complete all requirements for the year. Technology Services will have a table set up at
    graduation to collect any devices that students bring to the event.

    Summer School Technology Support & Mobile Help Desks
    The Mobile Help Desk locations will end on the last day of school, June 17, 2021. Technology support for summer school will be site-based.
