Principal's Message

  • Principal Sears

    Greetings, Viking Family!

I am so happy to continue this year as the principal of Thomas Jefferson High School!  As we embark on this virtual journey together, I am excited about all of the learning and growing that will take place this school year.  Our theme for the year is “And Still We Rise: Striving for Greatness”, a nod to the tenacity, resilience, and excellence that exists within the hearts, and minds of Thomas Jefferson High School’s staff and students. Our students are determined to continue their education, even from a distance and our staff is excited to provide them with just that.  We are striving for greatness and we will meet the mark. Here’s to another amazing school year!

    We are Viking Strong!

If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to say hi, please feel free to contact me via at csears2@rvaschools.net or 804.780.6028.

    Yours in service,

    Cherita H. Sears
