In 2023, awards were given to teachers Christal Corey (Franklin Military Academy), Kayla Wernert (Frances W. McClenney Elementary), Tyrail "Ty" White (John Marshal High),  Shayla Holeman (Overby-Sheppard Elementary), and Carmen "Ms. Nellie" Alayon (Cardinal Elementary).
