For current students or those graduated or withdrew within the past 5 years.
Students graduated or last attended more than 5 years
The Records Office manages legacy records related to attendance and graduation dates that are more than 5 years old.

1. Which school do I select if the name has changed?
Please refer to the RPS website for guidance on the correct school to select if a school has undergone a name change.
2. What if my school no longer exists?
If your school has closed—or if you are unsure where your request belongs—please contact the Records Office at rps_records@rvaschools.net.
3. How do I request additional student records?
For additional records, contact the last school of enrollment (if within 5 years) or the RPS Records Office at rps_records@rvaschools.net (if more than 5 years).
