The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants offers many scholarship opportunities for accounting students at varying points in their academic careers. 

American Chemical Society Scholarships are for qualified applicants who want to enter the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemical technology and teaching. 

At The Community Foundation, we award grants and scholarships with the goal of developing a healthy, thriving community. With input from our donors and community partners, the Foundation has identified four priority areas based on the results we hope to achieve. 

The Gates Scholarship is a highly selective, full scholarship for exceptional, Pell-eligible, minority, high school seniors. Scholars will receive funding for the full cost of attendance that is not already covered by other financial aid and the expected family contribution, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Herbert Lehman Education Fund is a national, highly competitive scholarship program that makes annual awards to qualified, outstanding undergraduate students. The scholarship was established in 1964 to honor Senator Lehman in recognition of his integrity, persistence, and valor on behalf of numerous civil rights causes.

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund is designed to assist students of Hispanic heritage obtain a college degree. Learn more at their website, Hispanic Scholarship Fund (also for college students). 

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship Programs are designed to encourage and support outstanding students who work hard and have financial need. Our scholarships provide financial assistance and academic support to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. The Jackie Robinson Foundation provides a multi-faceted experience designed to not only address the financial needs of minority students who aspire to attend college but also to guide them through the process of higher education. Visit The Jackie Robinson Foundation for more information. 

The John L. Carey Accounting Scholarship provides financial assistance to liberal arts and non-business degree holders who are pursuing both graduate studies in accounting and the CPA licensure. This award is funded by the AICPA Foundation and is intended to encourage students with little or no previous accounting education to consider professional accounting careers.

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund supports the next generation of civil rights advocates for the Latino community. MALDEF currently offers: a Scholarship Resource Guide for high school, college, and graduate students; and a Law School Scholarship Program for law students.

Microsoft Scholarships support students pursuing studies in Computer Science and related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) disciplines. 

The Morris K. Udall Undergraduate Scholarship is awarded to college sophomores and juniors for leadership, public service, and commitment to issues related to Native American nations or to the environment.

NAACP Legal Defense Fund’s Scholarship Program
Lehman Education Fund (LDF) created the Herbert Lehman Education Fund (the “Lehman Fund”) and the Legal Internship and Fellowship Program (the “Fellowship Program”) in 1964 to provide financial assistance to those who had been denied access to higher education for generations.  

National Association of Black Journalists scholarships are awarded annually to deserving students interested in pursuing careers in journalism. Scholarships are worth up to $3,000. 

National Association of Hispanic Journalists scholarship opportunities are open to college-bound high school seniors, college undergraduates and graduate students pursuing careers in English or Spanish-language print, broadcast, digital or photojournalism.

The Ron Brown Scholar Fund is a college scholarship and leadership program for African American students. The program's three initiatives support young people who share Ron Brown’s dedication to individual excellence, leadership, and public service. The Roothbert Fund- Scholarships Program was created in 1958 by Albert and Toni Roothbert to help men and women in need of financial aid to further their education. The Scholarships Program makes grants for undergraduate or graduate study at accredited colleges or universities. Scholarships may only be applied to study at an accredited institution based in the United States. The Fund seeks candidates who are "motivated by spiritual values," and works to foster fellowship among them.

The Salvadoran American Leadership and Education Fund "Fulfilling Our Dreams Scholarship" fund is making higher education a reality for Central American and Latino students.

Siemens Teacher Education Scholarship Program
High school students submit innovative individual and team research projects to regional and national levels of competition as they vie for college scholarships ranging from $1,000 up to $100,000.The Siemens Competition honors the best and brightest students for their accomplishments in math and science – students who are changing the world for the better.
