Therapeutic Day Treatment Services
RPS x TDT
As established July 2017 and in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), and the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), Richmond Public Schools (RPS) has created an annual Memorandum of Understanding and contract process for all Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) Providers to serve approved students in schools. Included in this packet is an agreement that needs to be filled out and support documentation must be provided for approval.

To expedite the process, all TDT providers are encouraged to scan all documents back to ajones2@rvaschools.net. We will be reviewing documents as we receive them and will notify each provider of their status.

We are currently accepting applications for Therapeutic Day Treatment providers for the 2023-2024 school year.
The following providers have been approved to provide Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the 2023 - 2024 school year. These providers are permitted to service the schools they are individually licensed for and are listed below:
- National Counseling Group
- OLA Family Services
- Richmond Behavioral Health Authority
- Succor Behavioral Services
- Virginia Counseling and Community Development
** Student(s) must be enrolled & attending a Richmond Public School
