Therapeutic Day Treatment Services


As established July 2017 and in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), and the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), Richmond Public Schools (RPS) has created an annual Memorandum of Understanding and contract process for all Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) Providers to serve approved students in schools. Included in this packet is an agreement that needs to be filled out and support documentation must be provided for approval.

We are currently accepting applications for Therapeutic Day Treatment providers. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. 

The following providers have been approved to provide Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the 2021 - 2022 school year. These providers are permitted to service the schools they are individually licensed for and are listed below:
