Note: Much of the history of the Richmond Public Schools was recorded in the context of a segregated society, and the reader should readily discern between pre- and post-desegregation observations. Carlton Street School
The 1914-15 annual report lists Carlton Street as a colored school acquired from Henrico County by annexation in 1914. It had one female teacher and 43 pupils.
No further reference has been found to this school.
