RCHS Junior Jertaeshia McMullen has been elected Mayor of the Mayor's Youth Academy Youth Council. As Mayor, Jertaeshia will attend City Council meetings, dinners, gatherings, and any other event that needs the Youth Council’s representation.

The Mayor's Youth Academy is a youth advocacy program for high school students who live in the City of Richmond.
