Youth Ambassador Applications for the USA Pavilion are now open! Youth Ambassadors have an incredible opportunity to serve as the “Faces of America” at the Expo 2025 Osaka. This exciting, six-month-long mega event represents the largest public and commercial diplomacy forum in the region since 2010. We are partnering with Sister Cities International to identify and recruit a cohort of Americans ages 19-27. Baby Artsplay!™ classes demonstrate the important connection between performing arts and early childhood development. Parents/caregivers attend all sessions with their children and learn strategies for incorporating singing, dancing, drama, and other multi-sensory activities into their child’s daily routine to increase engagement and support learning. The Virginia Home for Boys and Girls will host a free Youth Mental Health First Aid workshop on Friday, January 10, from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the VHBG dining hall (8716 West Broad St). The course will help teachers and other school staff to recognize the signs of anxiety, depression, and more in youth ages 12-18. Space is limited and registration is required.
