RPS Fine Arts Festival T-Shirt Design Competition

The design contest is open to all RPS students in grades K-12.

Contest Rules:

• Your design is limited to three solid colors.
• All designs must include "RPS Fine Arts" and make reference to music, visual art, dance, and theatre.
• A scanned copy of the original design must be submitted by Friday, February 20, to jsuder@rvaschools.net or delivered to Norrell Elementary (2120 Fendall Ave), Room 118.
