School Entrance Physicals

In partnership with the VCU School of Nursing and Richmond Henrico Health District, RPS will be providing free school entrance physicals for newly enrolling elementary students in grades K-5 (without a recent physical completed within the past 12 months).

Appointments are required. Hurry, spots will fill up quickly!

For a complete list of vaccination and physical clinics in our area, please visit the Virginia Department of Health website or call 804-205-3501. And, if you have a primary-care provider, we recommend you reach out to them to schedule your child's physicals, as space is limited at the clinics.
