Employee and Labor Relations

The Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Department supports all RPS employees by providing guidance and resources to help create the conditions for a positive workplace. RPS believes that every employee should have a positive work experience and know their options to pursue assistance. ELR takes a neutral leadership role in supporting both employees and supervisors while addressing workplace conflict or concerns.
