Employee Relations (ER) provides performance management guidance, support, and related resources for RPS Teachers, Principals, Administrators, Employees, and Managers. ER facilitates requests for accommodations based on a qualified disability and provides training and resources to ensure equal opportunity in education and employment. ER also oversees internal investigations, civil rights compliance, Fitness for Duty, and responds to sexual misconduct and discrimination complaints.
