School Brand Guide TEMPLATE

Brand Is Everyone’s Responsibility

Your School’s Identity

Every RPS school has a story, personality, and community that makes it unique. Your brand brings that identity to life — helping students, families, and staff recognize who you are and what you value.

Your school’s brand should feel distinctly yours while connecting to the larger RPS identity. Consistent use of approved logos, colors, fonts, imagery, and messaging helps create a cohesive experience across websites, social media, newsletters, flyers, and more.

RPS has developed brand guidelines to help every school communicate with clarity and consistency. Use these guidelines when creating print or digital materials so that, together, we can build a stronger, more recognizable RPS brand — while celebrating what makes your school unique. Your school’s brand is more than a logo. It’s how your community recognizes you, experiences you, and remembers you.

Designing with the RPS Brand in Mind

As AI tools become more common, we’re committed to providing the guidance, templates, and resources you need to create high-quality materials that stay aligned with the RPS brand — and remain easy to produce. If you’re missing a resource or need a template, please let us know. We’ll do our best to support you.

Graphics created solely with AI tools are often not brand-aligned and may use incorrect fonts, imagery, logos, or other visual elements. Our brand is rooted in authentic photography of real RPS students and a strong, custom brand package tailored to each school. Whenever possible, use the resources provided in your school’s brand package to ensure your communications feel consistent, recognizable, and uniquely yours. No matter what, all RPS-affiliated flyers must:

  • Use approved fonts
  • Use the school’s specific colors
  • Include the school logo in either the top (centered) or bottom-right corner

Use when color printing is not available or when a one-color logo is needed.
