The Data, Systems, and Research team maintains the data infrastructure and integrity in our Talent Office.
The Data, Systems, and Research Department builds and maintains the data infrastructure underpinning our Talent Office and human capital efforts. This includes investing in new human-capital software systems — including LINQ, our new HR platform — as well as overseeing our employee evaluation process.
RPS believes that investing in our talent is an investment in our students, and the Data, Systems, and Research Department supports this effort through regular analysis of HR data, which helps us drive satisfaction and retention efforts.
The Data, Systems and Research Department is responsible for:
