The Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Department supports all RPS employees by providing guidance and resources to help create the conditions for a positive workplace.

They take a neutral leadership role in addressing workplace conflicts or concerns. This includes investigating employee grievances and complaints, and implementing progressive discipline equitably. Additionally, ELR provides employees with resources and assistance related to Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ACA), unemployment claims, resignations, and exit interviews.
