The Talent Acquisition Department works year-round to build a thriving and diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve. Talent Acquisition hosts recruitment events throughout the year, particularly in the spring and summer, and works with current teachers to understand their licensure requirements and stay up to date. RPS is proud to offer some of the highest starting salaries in the region: Teaching candidates should expect to start around $64,000 annually.
