All RPS school application results will be available at Enroll RPS (enrollrps.schoolmint.com) on Friday, March 7, 2025.

Once you log in to Enroll RPS, click the blue "View Submitted Forms" button next to your child's name. Their applications and related results will display on the page.

Each application will show a status (Eligible or Ineligible) and a result (Accepted or Waitlisted). If your child does not have one of those results, they were not placed at that school and will not receive a seat offer for next school year.

If your student received a seat offer, you may accept or decline that offer (screenshot below). Initial offers received on March 7, 2025 must be accepted or declined by Friday, March 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

All other offers must be accepted or declined within five (5) business days from the receipt of the offer. If you do not accept or decline an offer within this timeframe, the offer will automatically decline.

Accepting a seat offer will automatically decline any seat offer that you previously accepted. Declining a seat offer is permanent and cannot be undone. Once an offer is declined it will go to the next student on the relevant waitlist.

If your child was waitlisted for all schools to which they applied, there is no action step for you unless a seat offer is extended. If that occurs, you will receive an email notification and have five (5) calendar days to accept or decline the offer. Please make sure to regularly check your email! 

Additionally, your child's waitlist number at each school will appear next to their status on the applications tab of your Enroll RPS dashboard for schools where waitlists move in ranked order (screenshot below). 

Waitlists for open enrollment and specialty schools will be active through the end of the first week of school. Governor's school waitlists will remain active for the first semester of the 2025-26 school year.

If your child did not receive an offer or was not waitlisted at any school, please plan to enroll in their zone school next year (also through enrollrps.schoolmint.com).

If your child was waitlisted for Maggie L. Walker Governor's School, Open High School, or Richmond Community High School, you will not see a waitlist number for them on your Enroll RPS dashboard.

Students move off the waitlist for these three schools according to RPS's selection process rules, and so a specific waitlist number cannot be provided.

Should your child receive an offer from the waitlist, you will receive a notification email.

Enroll RPS does not allow for rank-choice selection. If your child was waitlisted at their preferred (a.k.a. "first choice") school but you received an offer to another school, you may accept the offered seat and remain on the waitlist for the preferred school.

In the event that a seat is offered for the waitlisted school, you may accept it. This action will automatically decline your originally accepted offer (applicants cannot hold two seat offers at once).

You now need to complete the enrollment process for your child at their new school. Once you accept a seat you will be able to enroll directly at that school using the online enrollment form at Enroll RPS. 

To do so, click the "[CHILD NAME] Enrollment" and follow the instructions to enroll. You will need to provide two (2) proofs of residency, along with other required documents depending on your child's age and grade, before enrollment is completed. A member of your child's school team will reach out to schedule an appointment to complete enrollment, as necessary.
