Comprehensive Support and Improvement: Title 1 schools that are performing in the bottom five (5) percent across the state or any ATSI school Title I school that does not exit after three consecutive years of identification 

Comprehensive Support and Improvement - Federal Graduation Indicator: Any school with a graduation class that has a graduation rate of 67% or less  

Targeted Support and Improvement: Any school with one or more  consistently under performing subgroup of students (two consecutive years)  

Additional Targeted Support and Improvement: Any school with one or more  subgroups of students performing as low as the bottom five (5) percent of  schools in the state identified for CSI

CTE programs are designed to prepare young people for productive futures while meeting the commonwealth's need for well-trained and industry-certified technical workers.

Funding provided via Title IV Part F is used to support the Partners in the Arts Program builds the capacity of educators to integrate the arts into their preK-12 curriculum and provide support to implement school-based projects created in the University of Richmond’s courses, workshops, and professional development sessions. The program helps teachers create a transformative learning environment that engages all students, regardless of the subject area, and allows teachers to use their personal passions and skills in the classroom.
