Ombudsman

What is an Ombudsman?
An Ombudsman is a person who serves as a designated neutral party who advocates for a fair process and provides confidential, informal assistance and support to parents, guardians, advocates, educators, and students. At the heart of educational excellence is the commitment to every student's right to access and engage in learning. The Ombudsman for Students and Families is dedicated to advocating for the rights and needs of multilingual learners, ensuring that language is never a barrier to educational success.
