Provide child care information as well as services to families and businesses in the Central Virginia area.

Hunger Hotline

804-521-2500 Collects, prepares, and distributes food to neighbors in need and serves over 34 counties in the Central Virginia region.
Children’s Mental Health Resource Center 804-828-9897 Assists families and providers in understanding the mental health services available for children and adolescents and connects them to the appropriate information and care. This is NOT a crisis provider. In a time of immediate crisis families are advised to call 911.
Greater Richmond Regional Domestic and    Sexual Violence Hotline 804-612-6126 A 24/7 hotline with experienced staff that will listen and assist callers in exploring their options and connecting them to available community resources. If the situation is an immediate emergency, callers are advised to call 911.
WIC 1-888-942-3663 The WIC Program aims to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care.

Domestic Workers Care Fund N/A The Care Fund provides emergency assistance for home care workers, nannies and house cleaners to stay home and stay safe during the coronavirus crisis, and to care for themselves and their families.
Resources for Restaurant Workers N/A Collecting of information and links to resources that will help restaurants and workers deal most effectively with the COVID-19 Emergency.
Holli Fund for Restaurant Workers N/A Holli Fund supports individuals in the Richmond-area food service industry who are experiencing an economic crisis such as loss of income due to injury, illness, death of an immediate family member, coronavirus restrictions or other emergency.
Family Crisis Fund 804-646-6464 The fund offers one-time payments of $500 to families who have lost income due to COVID-19. This could include you, if you had to spend extra money on childcare due to school closures, had to stay home from work to take care of children, or lost your job.
