Check Registry

The Richmond Public Schools Check Registry is one way the division promotes transparency in our spending.

Vendor payments are made and posted twice weekly to promote good relationships and to maintain prompt payments as encouraged by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Your search results include the following: Vendor name, Check Date, Check Amount, Invoice Description, Fund code, Function code (purpose), Object code (item). All results can be sorted by pressing any column heading. The Advanced Search function allows you to search by date or date range and/or dollar amount or dollar range.
