RPS’ Data Analytics team supports schools, departments and data in using data to improve student outcomes. Our vision is to build a culture where data is deeply understood, regularly used, and trusted as a driver of equity and excellence. We provide internal support through streamlined data systems, tailored analysis, professional development, and collaborative planning.
The Data Analytics’ team insight generation helps teams make informed decisions, monitor student progress, and align their efforts with RPS priorities. In turn, this improves outcomes across RPS, from our graduation rates to SOL pass scores to our school ratings.
The Data-Analytics Department is responsible for:
