Douglass Graeff, Director, Internal Audit

Doug Graeff brings to the Richmond City schools 20+ years of Internal Audit experience. He has worked for billion dollar multinational corporations and has set up and managed numerous Global Internal Audit functions. As an established, strategic, and analytically-minded professional, Mr. Graeff leverages a hands-on approach to leadership and collaboration to ensure the efficient execution of audit activities from budgeting, risk assessment, and planning through fieldwork to wrap-up and reporting, offering data-driven recommendations and expertise that support improved processes, operational quality, and compliance.

Mr. Graeff has been an Institute of Internal Auditors Certified Internal Auditor for many years and is currently working on a CFE and a CISA.

LaTonya Holloway, Internal Auditor

Ms. Holloway comes to Richmond Public Schools with six years of previous public school system auditing experience. During those six years Ms. Holloway has worked with two of the larger school systems in the mid-atlantic region, Fairfax County Public Schools in Fairfax, VA and Anne Arundel County Public Schools in Annapolis, MD. In her previous roles LaTonya led the teams responsible for conducting the Local Student Activity Fund (LSAF) audits. Ms. Holloway also desigined, implemented and conducted the LSAF training Program for Principals and Finance Officers in those school systems. Additionally, Ms. Holloway was an instrumental team member during the peer review process at Fairfax County Public Schools. As an employee of the Richmond Public Schools' School Board, LaTonya will perform compliance, financial and performance audits.

Ms. Holloway is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Virginia Local Government Auditors Association (VLGAA).
