School-based Vaccination Clinics

School-based vaccination clinics will be held on-site at RPS middle and high schools now through October 13.

Clinics are free and open to all 7th- and 12th-grade RPS students who need the following required vaccines:

  • 7th Grade: Tdap, Meningococcal (MenACWY)

  • 12th Grade: Meningococcal (MenACWY)

Parents/caregivers must complete a consent form (English | Spanish) and return it to the school nurse.
