The Talent Office includes:
- The Benefits & Compensation Department, which ensures that all staff is well-cared for, with comprehensive benefits and equitable compensation.
- The Employee Labor Relations Department creates the conditions for a positive work environment through the implementation of collective bargaining agreements, and serving as a neutral party in employee-supervisor conflict resolution.
- The Talent Management Department focuses on recruiting new staff and supporting employees throughout their careers.
- The Data and System Administration Department manages all HR systems, including processes for employee compensation and performance management.
